Services

I am able to provide Ayurvedic Health Counselling consultations, or strictly aromatherapy consultations, or they can be combined into one appointment. As an Aromatherapist / Essential Oil Therapist, I specialize in helping to balance the mind-body with essential oils and am able to create products that are specific to the client's constitution (dosha).

Ayurvedic Health Counselling

The initial Ayurveda appointment takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. It can take place in-person or virtually via Zoom, and includes:

  • A detailed review of health history & current concerns;

  • An assessment of the client’s dosha and current state of balance;

  • Recommendations based on dosha assessment; and

  • Optional (in-person) - sampling of various essential oils for scent preferences

An Ayurvedic Health Plan/recommendations will be emailed to the client after the appointment. Recommendations may include: changes to diet and daily routine, aromatherapy, the use of Ayurvedic herbs and spices, and the incorporation of yogic practices (e.g., meditation).  

 

Any aromatherapy products, if created, are specific to the client and will be delivered after the appointment. The cost of aromatherapy products is in addition to the consultation fees and is dependent upon the oils used. There may be a small delivery charge ($5) if drop-off is outside of town. Shipping charges will apply if it needs to be mailed. 

Aromatherapy Consultation

The initial aromatherapy appointment takes between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours. It can take place in-person or virtually via Zoom, and includes:

  • A review of contraindications, relevant health history & current concerns; and

  • In-person only - sampling of various essential oils for scent preferences

​

Formulations are created specific to the client and will be delivered after the appointment. The cost of aromatherapy products is in addition to the consultation fees and is dependent upon the oils used. There may be a small delivery charge ($5) if drop-off is outside of town. Shipping charges will apply if it needs to be mailed.

Ayurvedic Health Counselling

  • Initial intake appointment - $150

  • Follow-up appointments  - $70/hr

Aromatherapy Consultation Only

  • Initial Intake appointment - $95

  • Follow-up appointments   - $70/hr

  • Basic consult or enquiries up to 1/2 hour (min charge)               - $40
