Ayurvedic Health Counselling
Ayurvedic health counselling is a constitution-specific approach to health, where you will receive information about your constitution, current state of imbalance, and practices you can do to restore balance. The intake appointment takes approximately 2 hours and follow-up appointments take approximately 1 hour. It can take place in-person or virtually, and includes:

A detailed review of health history & current concerns;

An assessment of the client’s dosha and current state of balance; and

Recommendations based on dosha assessment.

An Ayurvedic Health Plan/recommendations will be emailed to the client after the appointment. Recommendations may address any or all of the pillars of health: diet, lifestyle, and sleep.
Aromatherapy Consultation
An initial consultation takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour. It can take place in-person or virtually, and includes:

A review of contraindications, relevant health history & current concerns;

Sampling of various essential oils for scent preferences (in-person only); and

Recommendations for methods of use.

Formulations are created specific to the client and will be delivered after the appointment. The cost of aromatherapy products is in addition to the consultation fees and is dependent upon the oils used. There may be a small delivery charge ($5) if drop-off is outside of town. Shipping charges will apply if it needs to be mailed.
Turiya Therapy
Turiya Therapy was developed by my wonderful teacher, Jaisri M. Lambert, Ayurveda Doctor, and is a touch therapy that involves applying pressure to energetic points called marma. Turiya refers to a transcendent state of awareness, beyond the waking and dreaming states, or a state of bliss. Turiya Therapy helps to transcend the root causes of disease and bring awareness of one's inner process for self-healing. Essential oils of your choice can be diffused during the session to enhance your experience.
A Turiya Therapy session takes approximately 1 hour. Afterwards, you will feel relaxed, nurtured, and rested.
